Tuface Idibia, a legendary musician from Nigeria, has denied rumors that he had an affair with a banker.
Recall that news of Tuface’s alleged pregnancy with a banker went viral on social media not long after he apologized to his wife, Annie, and kids for being a “shitty” husband and father.
However, in response, his manager Efe Omorogbe called the claim “false news” in a statement on Saturday.
According to Efe, there is not a shred of truth in the claim, and Nigerians should reject it.
“We want it known that the reason Tuface apologized was exactly what was stated in the same article – the pressure of nearly 25 years of superstardom and a desire to concentrate on crafting music free from the weight of high expectations of a role model.
“We ask well-intentioned media outlets and members of the public to utterly dismiss reports that he has gotten anyone pregnant. They are completely false and nasty. It’s untrue news.
According to Efe, the “fictitious banker” persona has been e-pregnant for @official2baba on average every two to three years since 2014.
