In order to give Messi everything he needs to be decisive like he was on Tuesday night against Croatia, the players are aware of what they must do at all times.
The fact that everyone on this team (the Argentina squad) believes they can win the World Cup by supporting Messi, according to Pochettino, has been one of its defining characteristics (via The Athletic).
