Thierry Henry, a former player for Arsenal, has challenged forward Bukayo Saka to develop into a “guy that is not nice” and a “killing threat.”
Henry made this comment after Saka scored in Arsenal’s 3-1 Boxing Day victory over West Ham United in the Premier League.
At the Emirates, Mikel Arteta’s team defeated West Ham and earned all three points thanks to goals from Saka, Gabriel Martinelli, and Eddie Nketiah.
Henry said of Saka: “This is something I want to bring up, he used the term disappointment. He understands how vital it is to win battles, how crucial it is for him to become a killer threat and a player that’s not nice.
That bar cannot be pleasant. It has to be you or the guy when you cross that line. He now knows that you are the best choice, said Henry.
