Al Nassr explained the decision to sign former Manchester United star Cristiano Ronaldo on Friday.
After his agreement with Manchester United was ended in November, Ronaldo was a free agent for just over a month.
The Saudi Arabian League and upcoming generations of Saudi boys and girls will be inspired by the signing of Portugal captain Ronaldo, according to Al Nassr.
Al Nassr released the following statement on Friday via its official Instagram account: “This is a signing that will not only motivate our club to achieve even greater success but also inspire our league, our country, and future generations, boys and girls, to be the best version of themselves.
“Welcome to your new home, Al Nassr, Cristiano.”
The duration of Ronaldo’s contract with Al Nassr is 2025.
