Ian Wright, a legendary Arsenal player, has identified three individuals without whom Mikel Arteta’s team may not be able to achieve their championship goal.
Without the assistance of those three stars, Wright believes it would be impossible for Arsenal to win the league this year.
In his opinion, the Gunners have a “really good chance” of winning the EPL this year as long as Bukayo Saka, Martin Odegaard, and Thomas Partey stay healthy.
Following Tuesday’s 0-0 draw with Newcastle United, Arsenal now has an eight-point lead over Manchester City in second place.
If Pep Guardiola’s team can defeat Chelsea on Thursday night, they could be able to reduce the deficit to five points.
“It might be a different thing if there are a few injuries.
“However, if you look at the team this season, Saka, Partey, and Odegaard have all accomplished this.
If Partey, Odegaard, and Saka remain healthy, Wright stated, “they are the ones, and I think Arsenal has a very strong chance of winning the league.”
