Position is predicted by a supercomputer. This year’s league champion will be the team, not Arsenal

FiveThirtyEight’s supercomputer has forecast where Arsenal will place in the Premier League this year.

Although Mikel Arteta’s team is presently second in the league standings, the supercomputer predicts that they will finish second when the league concludes in May.

The computer predicts that Manchester City, the defending champions, will win the championship even though they are currently five points behind the north London team.

Arsenal has won the championship since 2004, while City has won the league four times in the preceding five seasons.

Although Pep Guardiola’s team is predicted by the supercomputer to take control in the coming months and win the title by one point, the Gunners have been brilliant this season.

According to the forecast, City will score 84 points while the Gunners will only manage 83 points.
