Several Nollywood stars have used social media to express their condolences for the passing on Tuesday of actor Kamal Adebayo, better known by his stage name Sir K.
Celebrities who posted images of the deceased on their Instagram sites used sobbing emojis to convey their feelings.
“Rest in peace sir Kay,” Femi Adebayo remarked. May Allah comfort your departed families.
“Goodnight Sir K.,” wrote veteran actor Taiwo Hassan, often known as Ogogo. I am speechless. Indeed, we all owe a duty to death. Gbogbo wa lanbo orun dakun ma kanju moo.”
“Sir Kay, you were not simply a senior colleague or a brother to me; you were my guy, my inner essence,” the actress Bimbo Thomas remarked. Words can’t express how this wasn’t Oloun’s plan.

The late Adebayo who was the father of a popular skit maker, Abidemi Adebayo, better known as Isbae U, was noted for playing the bad boy role in movies and he is also known for his distinct slang and wordplay.
