Days after the deadly shootings of Bolanle Raheem and Gafaru Buraimoh, the Lagos State Police Command reassigned all of the Ajah Division policemen.

On December 7 and December 25, two police officers from the Ajiwe Police Station killed Bolanle and Gafaru.

SP Benjamin Hundeyin, the public relations officer, stated on Monday that all workers had been evacuated.

The officers’ divisional coworkers would take over as replacements for the officers.

“The division’s whole staff has already been transferred, according to Police Commissioner CP Abiodun Alabi.

Hundeyin revealed, “This would fully materialize in a few days.”

The spokesperson added that all of the shanties surrounding the station had been demolished by CSP Adolf Ogwu, the new Ajah Divisional Police Officer (DPO).

Nevertheless, the Lagos command advised people to “tell something anytime they notice something.”
