Jadon Sancho, a winger for Manchester United, may be unexpectedly moving to Barcelona.
The LaLiga champions are reportedly “considering a January loan move” for the 23-year-old, as reported by SPORT.
After being benched for United’s 3-1 loss to Arsenal before the international break, Sancho and manager Erik ten Hag had a falling out.
Publicly, he took the issue to social media, where he claimed he was the “scapegoat.”
The £73 million signing has been put on indefinite hold, and Ten Hag has said he is unsure if he will play for him again.
He is no longer training with the first team and is instead required to work on his own until the problem is fixed.
Sancho is rumored to have a potential exit in January, with Barca “keeping a close eye on his situation.”
