A few months after joining Nottingham Forest in the Premier League, Nigerian forward Emmanuel Dennis may quit the team.
Dennis joined Nottingham Forest last summer after leaving Sky Bet Championship club Watford.
However, the 25-year-old has found it difficult to match his Watford form at his new club.
Since joining Forest, the former Club Brugge player has made 10 league appearances, seven of them as a substitute.
On January 1st, Dennis did not make an appearance for Steve Cooper’s team in their 1-1 tie with Chelsea.
The coaching staff at Nottingham Forest reportedly disapproved of the striker’s performance against Manchester United last week and would be delighted to let him leave this month, according to the Telegraph.
As the team battles to avoid relegation, Cooper is looking to add more high-caliber players, and Dennis is one of the guys that might be released.
