Eligibility Criteria:
To apply for the Shanghai Government Scholarship 2023, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Education and age restrictions:
Applicants for the pre-college program must hold a high school diploma and be under the age of 23.
Applicants must have a high school diploma and be under the age of 25.

Applicants for the doctoral degree program must hold a master’s degree and be under the age of 40.
Students who have received the Chinese Government Scholarship or any other scholarship granted by another organization are not eligible to apply for the SGS.
