The Governor of Kwara State, Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, has appointed a new Secretary.
He is Prince Mahe Abdulkadir, formerly the state House of Assembly Clerk and Permanent Secretary.
He will succeed Professor Mamman Saba Jibril, who held office from 2019 to 2023 during Governor Abdulrazaq’s first term.
Along with 18 other commissioners who had been vetted and approved by the state House of Assembly, he took the oath of office on Monday at the Government House in Ilorin.
Two physically challenged people were also chosen by the governor and sworn in as permanent secretaries in the state civil service.
