IGP is retaliated against by IPOB, who claims he is unfit to end insecurity

The Indigenous People of Biafra, or IPOB, has retaliated against Inspector-General of Police Usman Baba, claiming that he is unqualified to put an end to insecurity.

The IGP labeled IPOB as a criminal organization on Wednesday, blaming it for the unrest in the country’s eastern and southern regions.

While opening a state-of-the-art divisional police station in Anambra State, Baba made this disclosure.

“IPOB ideas won’t continue in this manner. There are more effective ways to protest, and the government won’t be scared off by these people. This “agitation for Biafra” is nothing more than criminal activity, Baba claimed.

But in response to the IGP comment, IPOB’s Media and Publicity Secretary, Emma Powerful, claimed in an interview with The PUNCH that the IGP was powerless to address the area’s security issues.

“It revealed that the IGP lacked the necessary knowledge,” he said. While terrorists and outlaws roam freely in the North, he is busy denouncing innocent Biafrans who are seeking liberation.

Someone like Usman Baba shouldn’t be the IG, if not for the Nigerian quota system, in my opinion. He has been discussing the innocent Biafrans who want to be free since taking office.
