Cesc Fabregas, a former captain of Arsenal, responded to the news that Luis Suarez had joined Gremio of Brazil’s Serie A.
Suarez reportedly joined Gremio on a free transfer on Saturday, according to kuryaloaded.
Till the end of 2024, the 35-year-old will continue to work for the club.
In July 2022, Suarez went back to his original club, Nacional, where he stayed for three months.
Following the completion of his transfer to the Brazilian team, Suarez posted on Instagram, “Preparing for this magnificent challenge at Gremio, I’m delighted to be there and enjoy it.”
Fabregas responded to Suarez’s post by wishing the new team success for the former Atletico Madrid and Barcelona forward.
“Good luck, child,” the former Chelsea midfielder wrote.
