Supporting micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) will increase employment opportunities and empower young people (Oyebanji)
Ekiti State Governor Biodun Oyebanji stated yesterday that the development and empowerment of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) across the nation would increase job creation and youth empowerment through federal government investments.
As part of his administration’s development goal, Oyebanji praised President Bola Tinubu for his dedication and backing of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs).

While touring the Ekiti MSME clinic housing and the Ekiti Garment Hub—both of which are set to be commissioned next week by Vice President Kashim Shettima—the governor made the comment.
During a press conference following his inspection, the governor expressed gratitude to the president for selecting Ekiti State as one of the few states to receive funding for this phase of the program. He added that this aligns with the governor’s promise to the people of Ekiti State. You know that one of our campaign themes was youth development and job creation, so this hub will teach fashion design to indigenous Ekiti residents, which will not only enhance their living conditions but also generate income to help pay for it.
The people who come here will have their lives transformed, and they will acquire knowledge and abilities that will help them succeed in the future.
I am here today to conduct an inspection of the project in preparation for the visit of the Vice President, who will be commissioning it next Saturday. This is just the beginning of many similar programs coming to Ekiti, and for that, we can only be grateful to the president. All we can do is continue to pray for him and support him financially.
