Iwobi makes his injured comeback against Manchester United in two weeks

According to rumours, Everton midfielder Alex Iwobi will resume playing in the Premier League in two weeks.

Tyrell Malacia severely injured Iwobi during Everton’s 3-1 loss to Manchester United in the Emirates FA Cup on Friday night at Old Trafford.

The Nigerian international was in tears after the incident, raising concerns that he could need to spend a significant amount of time on the sidelines.

However, sources state that the scan’s findings revealed that things are not as severe as first believed.

Iwobi has since thanked his supporters for their support and made a suggestion that he will soon return to action.

On his Twitter account, Iwobi said, “Appreciate The Love, Back Soon.”
