Posted by Thierry Henry, an Arsenal icon, has claimed that the team has what it takes to compete for the Premier League championship this year.
On Boxing Day, Henry was at the Emirates to serve as a pundit for the Gunners’ 3-1 victory over West Ham.
Due to the outcome, Mikel Arteta’s team now leads the league by seven points after one more game than Manchester City.
Henry said, “Man City must now respond.”
“Yes, we intend to stay here. We must emphasize that we have a team. The waiting has been on for a competing team for Arsenal fans. Not just one or two; we have a team.
“With a squad, you win a title.”
Since Henry’s final season with the club in 2003–2004, Arsenal has not won the title.
