Man United player reveals explanation for leaving Old Trafford: “There’s no purpose in playing

Largie Ramazani, a graduate of the Manchester United academy, has shared his reasons for leaving the team.

One of the Red Devils’ talents in recent years, Ramazani, left the team to play senior team football elsewhere.

In order to establish himself at La Liga outfit Almeria, he turned down a senior squad deal with Manchester United.

Three former Manchester United starlets currently play for the Andalusian club.

Ramazani was the first of the three to transfer from Old Trafford to the Power Horse Stadium.

All three players were given the chance to stay at Old Trafford longer, but they declined the chance and transferred to Almeria.

Largie Ramazani claimed in an interview with the Manchester Evening News that he decided to relocate to Spain because he did not consider himself as having a chance to play for United’s first team.

“I had a successful season with the second team, and my contract was almost up.

“Making your United debut is like a dream. Young players found Jesse Lingard, Luke Shaw, Paul Pogba, and Scott McTominay to be incredibly supportive. However, it didn’t persuade me:

If I joined, I knew they’d loan me out. Marcus Rashford, Daniel James, and Tahith Chong were in front of me. What benefit did it serve to use the reserves for another season? I therefore wanted to look elsewhere.
