For weeks, Barcelona has been vying for the services of the 18-year-old, with Real Madrid also showing interest.
But the current Spanish La Liga champions have a pre-agreement with Roque.
Even still, reports indicate that Manchester United is actively pursuing a summer transfer for the promising young striker from Barcelona.
