In the summer of 2022, 18-year-old Tel opted to join Bayern Munich instead of Real Madrid, leaving French club Rennes.
“Real Madrid or Bayern?” In 2022, many teams expressed interest in signing me. Despite this, Tel told Carre (via Diario AS) that he was solely thinking about Bayern.
“I had no choice; I was invested in their mission and the people driving it.”
Not signing Tel will be seen by Real Madrid as a lost opportunity.
Recent days, however, have seen the La Liga giants linked to yet another 2024 Tel film.
