The Saudi Arabia Professional Football League has named Nigerian forward Anthony Nwakaeme to its Team of the Week.
Al Feiha defeated Al Taee 2-1 on Monday night thanks in part to a goal from Nwakaeme.
On minute 21, the 33-year-old scored his team’s second goal of the contest.
After the deserved victory, the former Trabzonspor striker was was named Man of the Match.
Nwakaeme has five goals this season in seven league games for his team.
Odion Ighalo, a fellow countryman who scored in Al Hilal’s 2-2 tie with Al Nassr, was not included in the lineup.
Nwakaeme has frequently been mentioned in connection with a move to Besiktas in Turkey.
