On Saturday afternoon in Spain, the draw was announced at the Royal Spanish Football Federation’s headquarters.
The last-16 matches are scheduled to be played on January 17, 18, or 19.
Once more, the matches are single ties only, therefore if games are tied, extra time and penalties may be employed.
In the Copa del Rey round of 16, Barcelona will be playing Ceuta on the road.
Ceuta, the lowest-ranked team still playing in the competition, competes in the third tier of Spanish football.
