Dean Saunders, a former striker for Liverpool and Aston Villa, has urged Manchester United to attempt to recruit Harry Kane of Tottenham Hotspur.
Saunders predicts that Kane will score 20 goals at Man United per season.
In a talkSPORT interview, Saunders stated: “[Manchester United need] just the focal point through the middle and someone who can go on the end of crosses and – for example – they need Erling Haaland.
“Haaland, someone like Harry Kane. You put balls in the box for Harry Kane, who missed a penalty in the World Cup, and he will score 20 goals per season every season. Take a look at his header [against Brentford].
The 29-year-old Kane has yet to bring home a significant prize with Tottenham and will have to decide on his future there at the end of the current campaign.
