Today, Manchester United will finalize the signing of their first January transfer.
Jack Butland, the goalkeeper at Crystal Palace, is expected to undergo a medical with Manchester United today before signing a loan agreement to spend the rest of the campaign at Old Trafford, according to the Athletic.
According to the source, Butland has already consented to join Man United and will have a physical later today in the northwest.
Martin Dubravka, a goalie for Man United who was recently called up by Newcastle United, has been swiftly replaced.
Butland, whose contract with Crystal Palace expires at the conclusion of the current campaign, was previously considered to be England’s long-term number one but was sidelined for more than a year in 2016 after suffering a terrible ankle injury.
