Ifeanyi Udeze, a former defender for the Super Eagles, says that Chelsea’s problems this season are due to Todd Boehly, who is a co-owner of the club.
Udeze says that Boehly made a mistake when he got the Premier League giants and then got rid of the club’s management.
He said that the American billionaire, not manager Graham Potter, should be blamed for Chelsea’s bad Premier League results.
Chelsea is 10th in the Premier League table right now, with 25 points from 18 games. On Sunday, they will play Crystal Palace.
Udeze said on Lagos’s Brila FM, “I don’t think Potter is to blame for the bad results. The problem started when Todd Boehly bought the club and got rid of the management, which was a bad move.
He also said, “Spending is good, but spend wisely.”
