Yusuf Ibrahim Zailani, the speaker of the Kaduna State House of Assembly, congratulated Christians around the world on the birth of Jesus.
In a statement released on Sunday by Ibrahim Dahiru Danfulani, Zailani’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, noted that this time of year, while calling for joy, also required contemplation.
He claims that this time period highlights Nigeria’s need for togetherness, which is sacred, untouchable, and crucial.
Zailani, who is also the head of the Northern Speakers Forum, NSF, added: “Allah claims in the Holy Qur’an that he divided people into races and tribes so that they may communicate with one another. As a result, the fact that we are united as one is a divine plan that should justify our continued existence.
He asked everyone in Nigeria to live in harmony and to understand one another. He also urged people to keep praying for Nigeria to be a country of peace.
On this important day, he prayed for God’s blessings, mercies, and good tidings.
