The advantage of Arsenal, according to manager of Manchester City Pep Guardiola, is that “nobody has to win the Premier League for 20 points ahead in November” like his squad.
This was said by Guardiola during his press conference prior to Thursday’s trip to Chelsea.
City enters the contest eight points behind the league’s top team, Arsenal.
After four straight victories, United has also become closer.
The Gunners’ advantage, though, may be reduced by five points if Guardiola’s team wins at Stamford Bridge.
According to Guardiola, “the benefit of Arsenal and Manchester United right now is nobody has to win the Premier League for 20 points ahead in November as Manchester City has to, and this is occasionally a major problem.”
