Posted by Nigel James, Lauren James’s father, has said that his daughter used to train with the boys’ squad when she was younger and was a star player for Chelsea Women’s.
This was revealed by Nigel, a UEFA-certified football coach, during his recent appearance as a guest on The Beautiful Game podcast.
Nigel remarked, “She trained with the Arsenal Academy boys [referring to Lauren James]. She started training with the 14-year-old males when she was that age. This has never happened before, so it was a big deal. That’s right, she’s heading to the gym with the guys.
