Glenn Hoddle, a former Chelsea player and manager, has chosen an all-around English player who is superior to Erling Haaland of Manchester City.
Harry Kane, a striker for Tottenham Hotspur, is an all-around footballer, in Hoddle’s opinion, who is capable of more than just scoring goals, as Haaland does for Manchester City.
This season, Harry Kane has scored 15 goals in 18 Premier League games for Tottenham, but Haaland’s record-breaking 21 goals in 17 games has surpassed this impressive performance.
And according to Hoddle, the 22-year-old Norwegian goal machine is not as complete a football player as the England captain.
When discussing Kane’s performance against Crystal Palace on Wednesday, Hoddle said on Premier League Productions, “He [Kane] doesn’t even need to lift his head to know where the goalie is going to be when the ball arrives.”
“They need to keep him healthy if Tottenham wants to compete for a spot in the top four.” He has scored 15 goals in 18 games, but because to Haaland, no one is mentioning it.
He is an excellent player. If given the chance, Haaland is a capable finisher who will put the ball in the goal. Harry Kane has the option to do so if he so chooses or while representing City.
But he still has a lot of work to do for Tottenham. In addition to the goals he is scoring, he is a fantastic player all around. a fantastic football player.
