The majority leader of the house, Olawoyin Magaji, passed away on Monday morning, according to the Kwara State House of Assembly.
The confirmation, according to Punch, was made in a statement by Awolola Olamide Ayokunle, the chairman of the House Committee on Information, Youth, Sports, and Tourism, on Monday in Ilorin.
The House announced the passing of Hon. Magaji Olawoyin, member and leader of the house who represented Ilorin Central State Constituency, with regret.
After a brief illness, the startling occurrence happened in the early hours of January 9, 2023.
