Eddie Howe, the manager of Newcastle, has responded to rumors that Cristiano Ronaldo would join the team if they make the Champions League.
According to rumors, Ronaldo’s Al Nassr contract contains a provision that will let him play for the Magpies once more in the Premier League.
Howe denied that such an agreement exists prior to Tuesday night’s trip to Arsenal.
Howe stated, “We wish Cristiano luck in his endeavor but, from our point of view, there’s no truth in that.
Earlier in the day, the Saudi Arabian club held Ronaldo’s official unveiling.
The 37-year-old claimed that he declined offers from the US, Brazil, and Portugal.
