Cesc Fabregas, a former midfielder for Chelsea, has pushed his old team to recruit Dani Olmo, a 24-year-old international for Spain.
Olmo, in the opinion of Fabregas, could be a fantastic addition to the Chelsea squad under manager Graham Potter.
When asked which current Spanish player he would sign for Chelsea in a Twitter Q&A on Thursday night, the former Arsenal and Barcelona star responded in the affirmative.
“Dani Olmo may be a terrific acquisition if Chelsea continues to play in this system,” Fabregas retorted.
Olmo participated in the just finished Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup as a member of the Spanish national squad.
The RB Leipzig star played four times for Spain in Qatar, contributing an assist and one goal.
