Barnes, however, thinks that at the end of the 2022â23 campaign, Arsenal, Man City, Liverpool, and Tottenham Hotspurâteams who he stated are more likely to finish than Manchester Unitedâwill be in the top four and secure a position in the UEFA Champions League.

Chelsea, despite their victory yesterday, have been inconsistent, Barnes continued. Man Utd will get better. Tottenham, in my opinion, will also become less consistent. Therefore, I believe Tottenham and Chelsea may fall in the standings.
