Following the end of the federal government-proclaimed public holiday for the new year, regular business hours resumed in Kaduna on Tuesday.
Only a few people were spotted greeting one another and congratulating themselves on making it to the new year, 2023, in the many government buildings that were visited throughout the state on Tuesday.
An unidentified government employee told the Daily Post that several officials still hadn’t reported for duty but that his supervisor would be there the following week.
