The biggest Igbo socio-cultural organization, Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide, has refuted rumors that Prof. George Obiozor, its president-general, had passed away.
The denial came after reports of Obiozor’s alleged demise made the rounds in several media outlets on Tuesday.
According to the accounts, he was ill.
Obiozor is still alive, according to a source who told Daily Post over the phone that the rumors were false, evil, and the product of adversaries.
