The two planned to embarrass Adekunle, who is dating Venita, by playing a practical joke on him.
Angel: “I told them to let me play a joke on them, so I went ahead and sent Adekunle a love letter so they would think it was CeeC [sic]. I sprayed the letter with CeeC’s perfume.
Adekunle wouldn’t really take it seriously, said Ilebaye. He would simply let it go.
I need Venita to be the first to see the letter, says Angel.
That is what I am saying, Ilebaye. Adekunle will only accept it somewhat. He might have simply read it and moved on. However, if she [Venita] were the one to notice it first, she would freak out.
Adekunle discovered the letter that Angel had placed in his jacket before Venita, which was terrible for them.
As at the time this article was being written, Adekunle and Venita had not yet spoken about it.
