The well-known performer disclosed the information on Thursday in a post on his official Instagram and Facebook accounts.
In the article, Basketmouth, who had celebrated his wife’s 44th birthday in October, stated that the choice was the result of extensive discussion with his wife.
However, he made a commitment that they would both keep working together to make sure their children received the required level of parental love and care.
“As much as it saddens me, I have no choice except to drag my private life into the open.
“My wife and I have decided to dissolve our marriage after considerable consideration.
“Even when we go our own ways, we’ll keep working together to provide our precious kids with the care, love, instruction, and support they require.
