David de Gea, a star for Manchester United, thinks negotiations for a new deal would “end in a nice way.”
Although United has the option of an additional year, De Gea’s contract will technically expire in the summer and negotiations to extend it have already begun.
De Gea joined United in 2011 and announced in the summer that he intended to spend the remainder of his career there. He is hopeful that his tenure will go longer than 12 years.
