Only God, according to Nasarawa State Governor Abdullahi Sule, can prevent Bola Tinubu, the APC’s presidential nominee, from replacing President Muhammadu Buhari in 2023’s presidential election.
Sule claimed that Northern APC governors would exert all of their efforts and resources to ensure Tinubu’s victory.
He spoke at a campaign event for Architect Shehu Tukur, the APC’s senatorial candidate for Nasarawa West, in the Kokona Local Government Area.
He declared, “APC Northern governors will make use of their resources to make sure Tinubu wins the presidency. The governors of the APC in the North are the ones that favor Tinubu for the presidency.
“Only God can prevent Tinubu and A. A Sule from winning the elections for governor and president, respectively. We are resolved to use all of our abilities and might to overcome any sort of adversity.
Sule also denied allegations that some APC governors were secretly conspiring against Tinubu on behalf of PDP presidential contender Atiku Abubakar.
Such assertions, according to him, are untrue and should be ignored by Nigerians.
These lies are blatant. The APC Northern governors supported Tinubu’s candidacy firmly and declared that they would stop at nothing to see him elected president.
