When Rice and Timber come at Arsenal, Arteta will make two additional signings

Mikel Arteta, the manager of Arsenal, has not yet finished his summer recruiting.

The Gunners have already completed Kai Havertz’s deal.

After finishing their physicals over the weekend, both Declan Rice and Jurrien Timber are likely to be unveiled this week.

After these three acquisitions, Arsenal has spent roughly £200 million this summer.

Football London reports that the club would temporarily halt its recruitment efforts as it investigates potential player exits.

Arteta reportedly intends to add a couple more players at the end of the window. After falling short in last year’s Premier League title fight, the Spaniard is resolved to strengthen his squad this year.

Depending on what happens with Thomas Partey, Arsenal would like to add another winger to compete with Bukayo Saka for playing time and another central midfielder.

Romeo Lavia, Aurelien Tchouaméni, and Moussa Diaby, all players highly regarded by Mikel Arteta, are among the names being linked with a move to the Emirates.
