Danny Murphy berates two Manchester United players, saying they are too simple to play against

Danny Murphy, a former Liverpool player, has criticized Casemiro and Lisandro Martinez of Manchester United for their performances against Nottingham Forest in a Premier League match at the weekend.

Recall that at Old Trafford, Man United rallied from a two-goal deficit to defeat Nottingham Forest 3-2.

For the Red Devils against the guests, Christian Eriksen, Casemiro, and Bruno Fernandes all scored goals.

Murphy criticized Martinez while also pointing out Casemiro’s defensive flaws despite his attacking performance.

“They [Man United] are now winning the game, and Casemiro is not disciplined, he dives in,” Murphy stated (via the Manchester Evening News).

Martinez is saved by the goalkeeper after picking the wrong side. Although there were some advantages, some of them are too simple to play against or repair.
