The Department of State Services (DSS), according to Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), denied him access to his prescriptions for nine days on Thursday.
In addition, he said that the secret police denied him food.
After their normal encounter at the DSS facility, Kanu’s Special Counsel, Aloy Ejimakor, revealed this.

He gave me the instructions to inform the public that he hasn’t received his medication for the previous nine days and that, according to DSS, they don’t have enough money to purchase him food today. #Sad.”
According to Ejimakor, the legal team has chosen to pay the DSS money so they may buy food for Kanu.
“We’ve made the decision to give them cash as a deposit for his food. After being questioned further, he informed the Daily Post, “They won’t accept meals supplied by others, including family.
