Arsenal’s new player has been praised by John Barnes, who calls him “the best signing in England.”

John Barnes, a Liverpool star, has praised Declan Rice, Arsenal’s expensive summer signing.

Barnes has stated that Arsenal’s new defensive midfielder, Rice, is a fantastic acquisition and one of the best in England at his position.

The English national was transferred to Arsenal from West Ham for £105 million.
